Can I see the furniture I'm going to rent? We have a typical selection of the items from our rental ranges on our website. See Furniture & Appliances

What brand can I rent from you? We carry LG, Panasonic and Samsung in TVs and DVDs, Hoover and Westinghouse in washing machines, and LG and Westinghouse in Fridges.

What is the shortest duration I can rent for? 1 month is the shortest duration you can rent from us.

Can I rent to buy? Yes. Please contact our office to find out more.

Do you deliver? Yes, we deliver to all of Canberra.

What area do you service? We deliver to all of Canberra. Surrounding areas are serviced for long term contracts only and transport costs for these contracts are POA.

How do I apply? Once you have selected what items you would like to rent, just download our application form and forward to our office OR come into our showroom to apply.

What informtation do I need to provide in my application? You will need:

  • photo identification
  • residential, landlord, real estate details
  • employment details
  • credit card details
  • personal referees

Why do I need to give you references? We need the references as part of our credit check procedures.

Do I have to give you my credit card details? Yes, we use these details in our credit check procedures.

How long does it take to apply? We will get back to you within 1 working day of receiving your application.

Do I need to pay a deposit or bond? No, we only ask you to pay your first month's rent and any transport costs up front.

How do I pay? There are several methods available:

  • Pay at our office with cash, credit card, EFTPOS or cheque
  • B-Pay using the details on your invoice
  • Australia Post
  • Direct funds transfer (please contact our office to obtain these details)
  • Mail your cheque or money order to PO BOX 1294 Fyshwick ACT 2609

Can I end my contract early? Yes you can. Please contact our office to find out if there are any penalty payments or other pay-out amounts applicable to your contract.

What happens if a product breaks down? Please contact our office to let us know. We will  repair or replace the item free of charge.
